Alexander W. Dunshee, Esq.
Alex is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a dual-degree in Political Science and Russian. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2011, and from 2012 through 2013 he practiced criminal, family, and divorce law in Binghamton, New York, with the firm of Jackson Bergman, LLP. Under the guidance of his mentors in Binghamton, Alex gained experience in handling cases ranging from traffic violations to violent felonies, as well as considerable experience in family law and matrimonial law.
In October 2013, Alex moved to Ballston Lake, New York, where he lives with his wife and daughter. Having worked for a law firm in Saratoga County practicing matrimonial and family law, Alex Dunshee joined Denise Tobin and co-founded Tobin & Dunshee, LLP.
Denise M. Resta-Tobin, Esq.
Denise M. Resta-Tobin was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised on Long Island. She holds a law degree from Touro College, and a B.A. in English with Teacher Certification. Denise practices in the areas of family/matrimonial matters, personal injury, wills, traffic matters, landlord/tenant disputes and property litigation. She dedicates time to providing pro bono legal services to victims of Domestic Violence in the Capital Region.
Denise lives in Ballston Lake with her two sons. An active member of her community, she serves on the board of The Sara Marie School in Clifton Park and is currently the Secretary of the Italian American Bar Association. Denise enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends as well as spending time with her three dogs.
